My Grandmother use to call me into her room, tell me to shut the door. Then make me stand there for a longtime talking to me -&- telling me different things, that I did not understand at that point.
She would tell ME:
"You are better than that (Pointing outside to the streets)..... You are a Leader, Intelligent and handsome. One day you will be something. Somebody that helps others. Somebody that becomes a MAN -&- makes me PROUD"
I use to just stare at the floor....not understanding her
I MISS HER so much !!!! May GOD Rest her SOUL
